Art Across America: Summer Camp 2013 Strap on your seat belt and enjoy the ride on this fun-filled cross-country road trip! Each day we'll "visit" a different art museum and campers will create their own art based on that facility's collections. There are camp options for ages 18 months through 18 years, and listings will go up soon. Registration began March 14th. Summer 2013 Youth Workshops Back by popular demand we are offering our Pop-Ups for Pop and  Hats Off to America "art a la carte" workshops as well as our Art for the Heart workshops for students with special needs! Fall Registration Registration for classes meeting September through December 2013 will be available shortly! Fishy Art Facts The first ready-mixed paint was patented by D.R. Averill of Ohio in 1867, but it didn't catch on. (Before then, artists had to mix their own pigments.) Sherwin-Williams started selling paint in tins in 1880.					This facility is supported by the Cobb County Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department. Visit their site.
